For website orders, we offer FREE Shipping using J&T Express only.

Metro Manila 1-4 days
Luzon 1-6 days
Visayas 5-8 days
Mindanao 5-8 days
Island 5-10 days

 If you wish to change a courier, please order in our Shopee and Lazada store. 

 

Due to customers unable to provide correct information and frequent fraud bookings, same day delivery is no longer offered.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Requests

The return/refund request will be evaluated by The Maroon Bluebook. Please make sure to provide video opening the product. Sending photos as a proof will be automatically disregarded.

Refund and Return request without shipping costs will be valid only if:

  • Item the item received is damage;
  • Received incomplete package; or
  • Wrong item received.

Please make sure that the purchase is within 30 days upon purchasing the product. We will no longer accommodate any request beyond the aforementioned number of days.

Return and Refund request will automatically be cancelled if:

  • Buyer suddenly changes his/her mind.
  • Buyer failed to read the product page with the item received.
